We conduct field calls nation wide to obtain information, site assets and deliver tailored results to our clients, depending on their needs and requirements.
Once we have conducted a thorough investigation we provide comprehensive reports based on our results.
1. Client Instructions
Clients are able to provide specific instructions to meet their needs. Including asset assessment, obtaining employment details or witness statements whilst assessing financial status of and the condition of property.
4. Client Updates
We keep live contemporaneous notes of all field attendances to ensure regular updates are available to clients.
Our office is always available to keep you informed of the progress of your matter.
2. Field Preparations
We provide the subject with tailored correspondence containing the client's contact details and unique reference number. We also undertake land titles searches on addresses prior to attending.
5. Comprehensive Final Report
We promptly provide a fully detailed report once our attendances are complete including all attendances made, interactions with the subject, and land titles information for the property in question.
3. Field Attendance
Each attendance is unique to the client's request, however, at a minimum we will:
Confirm occupancy and contact details, question the subject's intentions towards payment of the debt and provide them with client details
6. Legal Escalation
Assistance
We can return to the address if legal documents service is required. If the subject does not reside at the property we can undertake a skip trace to determine their correct residential or work address.
